If your package does not arrive, your local post office could be holding it for you. If there is still a problem, please email us and we will look into it. 

Pre-orders
All pre-orders are sent out to customers 5 working days prior to the release date, to make sure you are the first to receive the items. If the items are late for any reason we will let you know.

Packaging
We take care to package all items in protective packaging. Vinyl is packed into large mailers and sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard. CD's are packed into a bubble wrapped mailer.
